Privacy Policy

Farzeen Couture is a bespoke couture house based in Mumbai, India. You can contact us about privacy at hello@farzeencouture.com.

When you tap the button on a form (Custom Made Now, Book a Consultation or Contact), your browser prepares a message with your answers and opens WhatsApp. Nothing is sent on WhatsApp until you press Send yourself.

Once you send it, your message and anything you attach — such as inspiration photos — is delivered to us through WhatsApp, a service operated by WhatsApp LLC (Meta), under its own terms and privacy policy. We use what you send only to reply to you, prepare your design and quote, and make and deliver your order.

When you send the Custom Made Now form, the website also saves a copy of your answers on our own server: your name, what you are looking for, event date, colour, budget, location, measurements, the look you chose, your description and your email if you gave one. Our team reads it in a private admin area, to follow up on your request and keep track of enquiries. We do not share it with anyone else. Your phone number and your photos are not part of this copy.

To limit spam, we also keep a one-way scrambled form of your internet address (IP address) with the copy. It cannot be turned back into your address.

So that you do not lose your answers if you go back a page, unfinished form entries are kept in your browser’s session storage. They stay on your device, are never sent to us, and are cleared when you close the browser tab.

If we switch on visit statistics (Google Analytics or Meta Pixel), they count page visits and clicks on the WhatsApp buttons so we can see which pages are useful. These tools may set cookies and are run by Google and Meta under their own privacy policies. They do not receive the contents of your WhatsApp messages.

Our fonts and images are served from this website itself, so browsing it does not connect you to Google or other third parties (unless visit statistics are switched on, as described above). Like all websites, our hosting provider may keep standard technical logs (such as IP address and pages requested) for security and reliability.

You can ask us what information we hold about you — on WhatsApp, or in the copy of your Custom Made Now request — or ask us to delete it, by messaging us or writing to hello@farzeencouture.com. You can clear your browser’s storage and cookies at any time in your browser settings.
