No. Farzeen Couture is a Mumbai-based bespoke couture house, established in 2009. Every outfit is designed and made to order for one client — nothing is bought off a rack or shipped from stock.

Can I visit the atelier?

Yes. You can book a couture consultation in our Mumbai atelier, or on a video call if you are elsewhere. Our hours are Mon–Sat, 10:30 AM – 7:00 PM IST.

How does a custom order work?

It begins with your inspiration. From there we move through consultation, design and sketch, fabric and handwork, and fitting and finishing, to final couture delivered to you. Every step is shared with you along the way.

Can you create something from a photo I found?

Yes. Bring a photograph, a sketch, a colour or simply an idea, and we develop it into your own version — designed around your occasion, your measurements and your budget.

What can I customise?

Colour, embroidery, sleeves, neckline, silhouette and the level of handwork — as well as the fabric and, of course, your measurements. Tell us what you love and we shape the rest around you.

Do you make wedding sarees, and can they be shipped to the USA?

Yes. We can create a saree in the colour, fabric and embroidery you choose, and deliver it worldwide, including to the USA. Delivery timing and any customs duties for your country are confirmed with your quote.

How long does a custom outfit take?

It depends on the design and the amount of handwork. We confirm your timeline with your quote after the consultation. For bridal couture, the earlier you reach out, the more time there is for fabric, embroidery and fittings.

How does payment work?

There is no checkout on this website. Once you approve your design and quote, we share the payment details and schedule with you directly.

Can I order if I live outside India?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We create couture for clients in India and around the world. Consultations, measurements, design approvals and progress updates all happen over video call and WhatsApp, and your finished outfit is delivered to your door.

How do you get my size right without meeting me?

Accepted Answer

We don’t work from standard sizes. You share your measurements using our measurement guide, or we take them with you on a video call, and your outfit is cut to those measurements.

What if something needs adjusting?

Accepted Answer

Because your outfit is made to your measurements, it should fit when it arrives. If a small adjustment is needed, message us on WhatsApp and we will guide you. In Mumbai, you are welcome to visit the atelier for a fitting.

Which countries do you deliver to?

We accept custom orders worldwide. Delivery options and timing for your country, including any customs duties, are confirmed with your quote.
